Summary
- Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
- Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial / industrial roofing projects
Requirements :
- Commercial roofing experience / knowledge is required.
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
